In this section, we will go over the Alerts feature in ERKEScan, including how to launch the Telegram bot to receive future alerts, how to test if alerts are working, and the function of creating an alert.

Connecting to the Telegram Bot

1. Accessing the Alerts Page: As soon as you navigate to the Alerts page, you will see two boxes. On the left side is the option to connect to the Telegram bot to start receiving alerts.

1. Starting the Telegram Bot: Simply press the "Start Telegram Bot" button, and you will be redirected to the bot, which should open the Telegram app (or the web-based version of Telegram if you use that).

1. Copying the Bot Passkey: To start the bot, you need to copy the bot passkey. Copy the code and send it as a message to the Telegram bot.

1. Verification: If you did everything correctly, you should receive an automatic message from the bot saying, "Welcome to the app!".

1. To test if the bot works correctly, press the "Test Telegram Bot" button.

1. You should receive another message with the text "✅ Bot is ready to send signals". If something went wrong, please reach us at [e-mail]. Otherwise, you should be ready to set up your alerts.
