Spot Alerts

What These Alerts Are For

Spot alerts are designed specifically for strong uptrend market conditions. They focus on accumulating strong tokens inside a predefined price zone, rather than entering with a single aggressive order.

These alerts work best when:

  • The broader market is bullish

  • Capital is flowing into high-quality tokens

  • Momentum continues in higher timeframes

How a Spot Alert Works

Each Spot Alert includes:

  • Accumulation Zone (example: 0.1189 – 0.1251)

  • Market Bias (usually continuation of the upward leg)

  • Invalidation Condition (for example: price closing below the zone)

⚠️ These alerts always generate BUY-side opportunities only.

Execution Logic (How to Enter Properly)

Spot alerts are NOT designed for full-size market entries.

You should split your capital inside the zone, instead of going all-in at one price.

There are two main execution methods:

Option 1 β€” TWAP (Time-Weighted Average Price)

You define:

  • Total capital

  • Time interval (e.g., buy every 10–30 minutes)

Pros:

  • Smooth entry

  • Reduces emotional execution

  • Avoids bad single entries

Cons:

  • You don’t know how long price will stay in the zone

  • The token may:

    • Leave the zone early

    • Not fully fill your intended position

Option 2 β€” Limit Orders in the Zone

You place:

  • Several limit orders across the accumulation range

Pros:

  • More control over entry price

  • Precise planning

Cons:

  • Price may:

    • Hit only the first few orders

    • Never fill deeper orders

  • Partial exposure is possible

Important Risk Notes for Spot Alerts

Even if:

  • All internal conditions are aligned

  • Market structure looks clean

  • Trend is bullish

πŸ‘‰ The trade can still fail due to:

  • Sudden manipulation

  • Market news

  • Liquidity traps

  • Macro events

βœ… You must always:

  • Use risk management

  • Control position size

  • Monitor the trade manually

  • Stay aware of global market conditions

How to Confirm If Spot Alerts Are Safe to Use

Before trading Spot Alerts, always check the Return Bucket Chart inside the ErkeScan Dashboard.

Go to:

Dashboard β†’ Charts β†’ Return Bucket

βœ… Recommended Timeframes:

  • Weekly

  • Monthly

βœ… What You Want to See:

  • Green bars consistently increasing

  • Each new green bar higher than the previous one

This confirms a healthy uptrend environment, where Spot Alerts statistically perform best.

If the chart shows:

  • Flat behavior β†’ Market is uncertain

  • Dominant red bars β†’ Avoid Spot Alerts
